Refund and Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

The return of certain types of goods is not permitted. Therefore, perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. Likewise, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, dangerous materials or substances, nor flammable liquids or gases.

Gift Cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be re-marketed in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice.

Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products will not be returned.

Return costs remaining the responsibility of the Customer.

The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 14 days of receipt by the Seller of the Products returned by the Customer under the conditions provided for in this article.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item and notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If your request is approved, you will then be able to choose between a direct refund to your credit card or your original payment method, or a credit note. The refund or creation of the credit will be made within 14 days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Also contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you would like to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email to and return your item to: Girls' Corner, 24 rue Erik Satie, Combs La Ville, Ile-de-France, 77380 , France.


If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the item being returned. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to them with the intention of giving it to you later, it is her that we will send the refund and she will therefore know that you have returned her gift.

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
