What are the delivery times ?

We take 24 to 48 hours to process your orders, then 2 to 4 days to deliver them to you.*

What are the delivery costs?

- Mondial Relay:

Can I change my delivery method after placing my order?

We completely understand that sometimes errors can occur during the ordering process. However, once the order has been validated, it is unfortunately not possible to change the delivery method. We do everything we can to make the ordering process as clear as possible and we invite you to carefully check all the information before finalizing your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the ordering process, please do not hesitate to contact us before checking out your cart.

How do I track my package?

Once your order has been processed, we will email you a link containing your interactive tracking number. This link will redirect you directly to the web page of the carrier you have selected (Colissimo or Mondial Relay) when finalizing your payment.

Where are packages shipped from?

Packages are shipped from Seine et Marne, France.

Can I change my mind?

It's completely natural to change your mind. This is why, if you are not completely satisfied with your pajamas once received, we offer you a period of 14 days to return your order.

However, we ask that you please respect the return conditions detailed below so that the process goes smoothly.

What are the return conditions?

Your pajamas must be returned intact, unused and in their original packaging allowing them to be re-marketed in new condition. Products damaged voluntarily or involuntarily, soiled or incomplete are not returned or refunded.

Do I have to cover the return costs?

If you change your mind after receiving your order, the return costs are your responsibility. To make your return, we recommend that you go to your post office and opt for tracked shipping.

What is the reimbursement time and method after a return?

As soon as we have validated your return, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days. This refund will be credited to the payment method you used during the purchase.
